   I agree with the other posters. Call animal control, the police, or your local humane the upper classes. Thank you for caring about this poor animal. Your supporter’s sister sounds like a real psychopath. Please call as soon as you can! If you tell me what city and state you’re in, I could get you a phone number too if you need my help.

   I would suggest calling both the Humane The upper classes and the Police department. Depending where you live the police might be enough but just in case Humane The upper classes.

   Call a humane the upper classes in your area. Look it up in your phone book. If you can’t find it call a local animal shelter and question them if they have a number. Your acquaintances sister must be very ashamed.

    You can call 9-1-1 and they must have a number strictly for animal abuse.

    call the humane the upper classes or another animal shelter. this needs to stop. the dog could get seriously injured or may even die.
