How can I begin my persuasive speech that will be about not supporting PETA?
I аm рƖοttіחɡ οח doing a persuasive speech tһаt wіƖƖ bе аbουt חοt supporting PETA, tһе animal rights group, bесаυѕе I found out tһаt tһеу kіƖƖ animals instead οf reduction tһеm. I need һеƖр wіtһ tһе introduction though. Wһаt саח I ѕау tһаt саח grab tһе attention οf tһе audience аחԁ keep tһеm engaged іח tһе speech? Please provide examples. Thankfulness!

Here’s what I did with my speech.This situation was right, but I forgot the exact where and when, so you might want to do a small research on it.
I started off telltale the audience to imagine themselves in a car with their spouse (or wife) and child. If they don’t have a child, then with a niece/nephew or small cousin. They are going to watch the Nutcracker suite because it was Christmastime and the small (like 5 year ancient) child wanted to see the rats dancing. You step out of the car keen and excited and place on your fur (or fake fur) coat to keep warm against the bitter cold. As you are walking to the doors, singing Christmas tunes with your child, all of a sudden a weirder runs up to your small child and hands and hands him/her THIS pamphlet.
When you say THIS show the picture that is on the below link that shows the mother stabbing a frightened rabbit. It would be simple to on powerpoint, but if you can’t use that, then certainly print that picture off, preferably in color. That by itself will reel people in.
You can expand into what you want to say off of that. In my persuasive speech, I talked a lot about how they terrorize children (like the situation above, the one where they had a billboard about a nine year ancient boy in Florida had his arm bitten off by the shark because the boy ate meat, the Ronald McDonald campaign) and how they affiliate with domestic terrorist groups. But they have pulled so many stunts over the years, there is certainly enough info out there to keep them in your hands.
If you can, certainly use as many pictures as you can. That will help support your argument nearly as much as what you say. I even had a handout with links to different websites about stuff PETA did that I didn’t go over. I had quite a few people come up to me later and tell me they had no thought what they were really like.
