What legal authority does P.E.T.A. have to fine people, etc?
Iח tһе past I've heard οf PETA fining people fοr different crimes аחԁ wһаt חοt. Dο tһеу һаνе аחу legal authority? Arе tһеу ѕοmе secular government agency?
Ɩіkе tһе feedback bесаυѕе i feel tһе same way, bυt i really want tο know іf tһеу һаνе аחу power аt аƖƖ. wһу аrе people ѕο frightened οf tһеm?

They’re idiots. And I want to greet one of them with a huge can of tomato juice like those patrons at a steak house did last year.
Did you know that the held People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals were caught on tape killing kittens? They euthanized them when they “saved” them from a dumpster or something like that. I can’t remember all the details.
Bottom line: PETA has no legal authority. They are just a bunch of lunatics who like to brainwash people into believing their stupid line.

I am not sure if they have any legal right to fine people but the power they have is publicity as in terrible publicity, which could be worse than any fine.

They do not have the legal authority to do anything,but the reason people are frightened of them is because they have a fantastic legal team,and are fantastic at making terrible publicity for others. They are also very smart at who they go with. The quick food restaurant they have targeted the toughest is Wendy’s…why? because Wendy’s is the smallest. McDonalds has the money,and the legal team to fight back so they stay pretty clear of McDonalds. They like most people who try to jam their p.c. bull down others throats are very smart at what level they can play on without getting wiped out by the huge boys.

They don’t have any authority. But like many other things the sacrifices of American freedom to the alter of political correctness continue to give them an inflated sense of power. These groups believe themselves above the law and reckon they are superior to other Americans.

Only by consent. Violation of a statute is not a crime. When charged with violation of a statute there are no facts for the jury to determine or for the judge to apply to law to. Because statutes are fiction and fiction is a lie, you can not make a certainty out of a lie. Facts are certainty.
