Animals would be ill-treated and people will reckon that sort of cruelty is OK when it’s not. People would take thier rage out on animals and people would become more use to such cruelty and bot have as large of a heart

what will change= fewer, but more aggressive animals. Plus the more something is done, the more accepted it is, so more people will reckon its okay to do it. But then again with the laws and police against it I don’t reckon it will ever get very huge. If there are people who continue to be against it, I don’t reckon it ever will truly be accepted. And lets face it, animals are adorable. Especially baby animals like kittens and puppies. Humans won’t ever really turn against animals and it will never really become that accepted. It will be continued to be spread by the heartless, but as long as there are people with hearts to protect them, they won’t get very far. excellent vs evil, the excellent will always win, ( or the world will far apart.)
what has altered: more people to protect the animals. Now a days there are laws against it. You can report it, and police will investigate it. Theres even a tv show on Animal Planet (or there used to be..) where animal police investigate animal cruelty cases.

We are income in a time when the mentality surrounding animals is changing. Slowly we are moving forward, with every new piece of legislation outlawing animal cruelty in its many forms. We are heading in the right direction- there is no turning back!!!
