  1. No, you wouldn’t. With the eggs quandary, these eggs were never fertilized. Hens will always produce eggs, even without a Rooster. But, if a Rooster mates with a Hen, then the eggs become fertilized. So, there’s no shame in eggs.

Drink soy milk and I reckon they have soy cheese.

In any case, you’re own health must be more vital to you then reduction animals, even though they’re going to be killed anyway. [sorry. :( but it's right]

  2. Don’t force physically in life a vegan, your health is more vital than not intake eggs and dairy. No animals are killed or tortured by having cheese and egg products.

  3. You have to reckon of your own health first. Has just this change caused your health to deteriorate? Perhaps, you need a excellent medical check up. You can also get a referral to speak to a dietician. They can calcutlate your protein vs. carbs, etc. To make sure you meet all your nutritional requirements for your height/weight/activity and age.

  4. If your health deteriorated than it seems like you weren’t replenishing those nutrients you were losing by cold out dairy. I’m nearly to my one year mark and I have never felt better in my life but I am a freak about making sure I get the proper nutrition everyday. Also if you don’t have the motivation than maybe you must just hold off until you feel the time is right. Life vegetarian is something I wanted to do since I was 15 and I didn’t make the full step into it until I was 19. I went full on and cut dairy and meat at the same time and it was pretty simple for me but I had done a lot of research on the benefits and complications that can arise from both healthy/unhealthy plant based diet. I personally did not do it because of the welfare of animals I made the choice about myself, my own body, my own health and well life. I reckon you must be right to physically before you worry about reduction animals because honestly I don’t reckon you frankly are reduction any animals by intake dairy or not intake dairy.

    Excellent luck!

  5. By your question it sounds more like you are looking for “Motivation to NOT go vegan” Like you are fishing for us to hold your hand and tell you it’s okay, eat what you want to make you feel better, Just one person could never make a difference so don’t worry about.. **Hugs**

Vegetarian do it for health reasons
Vegans do it for Moral reasons and the health is just a huge plus.

I reckon you must stick to be a vegetarian cuz your heart is not really in it to be Vegan

  6. I’m not trying to be rude, but if you don’t feel motivated to become a vegan, what is the problem?

If you became ill when you where a vegan for the first time, then you didn’t get proper nutrition. You can decipher that if you plot your diet better. If you’re into cheese and egg products, most of them can doubtless be made vegan.

Read websites, studies and books about veganism to find reasons to why it could be a excellent thought if you’re thinking about it. In the end, though, it’s your choice to make. But it’s always excellent to be well informed before you make such a huge choice.

  7. i have been vegetarian for 15 yrs and tried to be vegan. it lasted 3 weeks when I got sick of constantly reading marks and asking waiters and waitresses 15 annoying questions. I’m sticking with vegetarian.

  8. Eggs and milk are cruel! Chickens and cows are not really free range like they say. They’re lies to make the consumers reckon animals are income pleased lives when they’re really cramped in cages. A cow must be made pregnant in order to produce milk, and what do they do with the calf? They kill it and use it for veal (meat from baby calves that are only a few days ancient).
Eat soy cheese and drink soy milk. Choose compassion over killing.

    Its worth it.

  9. “The Mad Cowboy” provides excellent motivation to go pure vegan, if disgusting factory farm processing practices and diseases are a motivator. If you want to avoid the most common health conditions and need scientific research to back it, I’d also look at T. Colin Campbell (for dairy) or Dr. Dean Ornish or Dr. McDougall.

To stay on a diet, you must plot on intake three main meals with legumes and whole grains. I personally like to avoid soy beans, corn, and wheat to avoid the genetically modified foods in the US along with the gluten in wheat. Read about a CFGF diet so that you can avoid some common allergies and intolerances.

I lost 50 pounds and kept it off by simply choosing to eat a pure vegetarian diet. My blood work is now near perfect. I’m in no doubt that yours well be with you make the change.
