a Vegan does not eat any animal products. That includes eggs, milk, fish, etc. Anything that you can reckon of- if any part of it was ever an animal, usually, Vegans won;t eat it. Although i’ve never been able to do it, its an fascinating lifestyle.
A Vegetarian does not eat meat at all. Some include fish with this, but usually its no beef, chicken, pork, veal, venison. no meat at all. They do, but, eat animal products, like milk, eggs and cheese.
Its pretty hard to stop intake meat straight away. If you want, try dropping red meat when all’s said and done and eat only chicken or fish to get used to resisting meat and keeping an eye on that foods you eat.
Just remember, anything you chose to cut out of your diet has nutrients that are vital for your body to operate correctly. This means that the things in meat (protein, iron, etc. ) have to be replaced by something else. For example – red meat has a lot of iron in it. if you cut out red meat, then your body still needs that iron and you need to get it some other way. Fresh spinach is packed with iron. If you choose to do this, make sure you take note to your body, and pay attention to it!
Finally, cold meat out of your diet is fantastic if you have high cholesterol or you disagree with the treatment of the animals. If you’re doing it solely to lose weight, i would just cut red meat and exercise 20 minutes a day, three era a week to start.
excellent luck!

Vegetarians are those who don’t eat meat. But, some eat dairy products and eggs, and sometimes fish. Vegans eat only vegetable products – no eggs, dairy, or fish. Some do not even eat honey, which is an animal-derived product.

basicly a vegan will no eat anything that has to die to be eaten
for example fruits, nuts and seeds are OK.
any root vegetable such as onion and carrots are not.
switching to a veggie diet takes careful plotting when you give up intake meat your lose a major protein base, that must be replaced with a high protein subsitute, such as beans or tofu.
also there are minerals and fats that you body needs that are present in meats but not in veggies, so suppliments will need to be taken. Before you try you must check your local heath food store for any literture that they have on the subject.
