  1. i dont know, im raw vegan but i dont use any of those because of the deprivation. but i recommend one that contains all the grasses – wheat, oat, barley plus the algaes – spirulina, chlorella, blue green – plus at least one kind of seaweed – kelp/dulse

    spirulina is marvellous stuff.

i like smoothies made with orange juice, peaches, strawberries and banana.

  2. Hi, We have been vegetarian for 2 years and are now switching to more of a raw diet, plus we are going to go the alkaline route so our bodies won’t be acidic. I just looked today at the cost of the drink mixes – at a health food store – and you are right they are super expensive, especially for 2 people. We have been making veggie juices ourselves and we’ve chose to continue doing that. It doesn’t take a lot of veggies to make a cup or two of juice. Plus just because something is in a health food store doesn’t mean it’s healthy and I found stuff in some of those expensive mixes that we are held to avoid, so making our own juices will allocate us to better control what we consume.

We’re going to follow The pH Miracle by Robert O. Young who is a microbiologist and natropath doctor.

  3. You don’t need any “superfood”. Fruits and vegetables the only thing you have to eat. Check out these sites for in rank: rawvegan.com, foodnsport.com, rogerhaeske.com, arawconnection.ning.com

  4. I’m pretty sure any drink sold yo the public has to be pasteurized, which means it’s not apposite for a raw lifestyle. You’ll have to make your own.

  5. don’t really have an answer, but wanted to say..
    Excellent for you!!
I’ll bet you wont regret it.
I try to stick to “real fresh food” and herbal supplements. Do remember that most “capsules” are gelatin!! I use Solgar, witch has vegetable capsules :)
But be sure to add a excellent amount of hemp seeds/ hemp oils/ hemp milk in your raw diet!
It can make a huge difference :)

I’ll link you to a fantastic nutrition page:

    just like it!
